I know what it’s like to ignore the signs, push through exhaustion, and hit that wall. I’ve been there. That’s why I do this work. With a Master’s in Human Development and years of experience (both personal and professional), I help women break free from burnout and rediscover balance.
Coaching approach
I help women who feel stuck in exhaustion reconnect with themselves , so they can rebuild their energy, confidence, and purpose in my 8 session REINVENT programme. My approach is practical, rooted in nervous system regulation, self-compassion, and mindset shifts that actually stick. No bullet lists, not the obvious stuff you already tried - just real transformation.
Neurodivergence
I’m neurodivergence-informed (and ND myself, ha!), which means: 9+ years working alongside autistic people and additional training on AuDHD in women.
I bring both expertise and lived experience to my coaching.
You don't need to be diagnosed with anything in order to benefit from my coaching program. Just know that is is no squeezing into society’s mold. Instead, you’ll learn to love your quirks, protect your energy, and build a life that actually fits you.
